I am studying to be a NYS Certified Elementary and Special Education Teacher(Grades 1-6). I attended St. John's University and received my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. I will receive my Master's in Elementary Education and Special Education this June from the College of Staten Island.
Experience
I'm student teaching at a public school in Staten Island and working full-time for a technology agency in Brooklyn. My experiences in teaching include: Student Teaching in 6th and 2nd grade, Fieldwork Observations, Dance Teacher, and Tutor. I find motivating children as one of the most vital instructional strategies in developing successful learners. I use differentiated instruction, test preparation, readiness skills, and various other techniques to engage children in learning. I will strive to incorporate my education, knowledge, and passion with the needs of your child to increase their level of education. Currently I'm available on Saturday and Sundays anytime.
