I have been involved in education for 25 years as a teacher and Principal. I am currently teaching as a learning specialist in a small group instruction program for students with learning challenges and a part time Principal in a private school. l believe in the power of education transforming lives. My degree in Mental Health Counseling enables me to deal with student issues from not only an academic approach but from a social/emotional perspective as well. I am also certified as a teacher of the Wilson Reading System to help individuals with dyslexia or other reading challenges
