I am a certified teacher who can help students with their elementary math, reading, writing, phonics, literature, English, and more. I'm also available for test prep, and I can even teach students how to drum. I earned my master's in Special Education at Long Island University. I've worked with students as a teacher for over thirteen years now. I know that every student is capable of learning and being successful. Some students just learn differently than others do. As a tutor I work to determine how a student learns and what teaching method will be the most effective for that student. I want all of my students to succeed and achieve their academic goals! When I'm not teaching or tutoring I enjoy playing with animals, working out, and playing the drums and guitar.
